FlyFanatics - Laser Engravings

Selling engravings of airplanes or your choosing. To purchase, simply select an option from the drop-down options and email me the image you would like to have engraved. Depending on the image, engraving will be a minimum of 6-5/8in. x 5in. Before shipping the product, I will send you an email with a picture of it and dimensions for you to approve. If you would like to discuss your custom image before purchasing, feel free to reach out.

About Me
I am a full-time undergraduate student pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. My life has always revolved around airplanes. Since I was a little kid, I dreamed of flying. Nothing makes me more enthusiastic than seeing a Cessna 172 take off or a Boeing 747 land. For this reason, I am in the process of getting my engineering degree with the hope that one day I will make a difference in the aviation industry.
How did I come up with the idea?
It's simple. I like to be motivated and to motivate others. These engravings remind me of the great things that we can accomplish if we do our absolute best, and what the future holds for both of us. Whether you hang these engravings on the wall or keep them in your backpack, these serve as powerful reminders that the sky is not the limit.
Why?
My goal with FlyFanatics is to unite the aviation community and inspire those around us. I know that these pictures impact me and I hope they do the same for you.
How is it made?
The image is loaded into photoshop and converted to grayscale. Manipulating the values for exposure, brightness, and contrast, a black and white image is produced that the laser software can understand. Then the dithering raster option is selected, values are changed in the software and it becomes ready to engrave.
FAQ
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
My goal is to make you happy. I will also send you pictures before shipping the product to you to verify that it meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with the product, let me know within 7 days of receiving it, and you can send it back for a full refund.
How long does it take to get the image?
I will work on your product as fast as possible. Depending on how many requests I have, I should begin working on your product the following day after you purchase.
