I started a new project focused on applying reinforcement learning to drone control. The goal is to understand how a drone learns to hover in the Genesis physics engine and eventually apply that control policy to a real Crazyflie drone through firmware development. I set up the development environment by installing necessary tools and libraries, including the Crazyflie client and Genesis simulator. After completing the setup, I ran Python script examples to learn how the simulation system works and how the components interact. Through this process, I became more comfortable using Ubuntu, gained basic Python experience, and learned how to configure a robotics development environment.
