1. Photo of the week: What impressed you to take it, select and write about this photo?
I went to the Premier UNLV. It was my first time party at UNLV so it’s very impressive. Because, there are a lot of things to do such as climbing, running, DJ party and so on. And it was impressive that I can see the cheer.
2. New person (outside of DASL) that you met? I met freshmen friends and sophomore friends in the dormitory. So I could go to the welness center and play basketball, go to the strip and so on. And these friends help me to go to the target for buying something.
3. What institutional or American/Vegas cultural insight did you learn this week? Actually, I didn't realize about American/Vegas cultural insight or perspective. But, I will recognize everything as soon as possible. 4. What did you learn about yourself? “I think I need to learn English more. Sometimes, I feel like I’m good at speaking, but I realize I should practice speaking and learning English more. Sometimes, it goes well, but other times it doesn't.”
5. What is the status of your technical projects and what skills did you learn?
Actually, this is my first time to deal with robot and electronic circuit. So, I could learn how to look circuit diagram and system of robot using a computer and tutorial. But I turned on the face detect program.
