1) Figure out how much silicone you need by calculating the volume of the box.(the volunme of the box: the amount of silicone = 1:1)
2) Measure the silicone and mix it. Don’t make any mistake of not mixing thoroughly. There’s nothing worse than wasting a mold because of inadequate mixing.
3) After mixing the silicone, remove the bubbles with orbital palm sander while mixing it.
4) Pour the silicone in one location into the box. Pour as thin a stream as you can.
5) Again, remove the trapped bubbles in the mold by agitating it with an orbital palm sander about 5 minutes.
